Do I need an account to buy?
You can browse and fill a cart as a guest, but you need a free account to check out so we can save your orders and addresses.
Is my cart saved?
Yes. Guest carts are kept in your browser. When you sign in, they merge with your saved cart, which follows you across devices.
How do I track my order?
Go to My account, then Orders. Every order shows its status, items and shipping address.
Which payments do you accept?
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can change or cancel an order until it has been dispatched.
How do I change my password?
Open My account, then use the Change password form. You will need your current password.
